Water Retention

I told you guys about my plan to lose weight and start a proper diet, aite? In case if you still wondering, this time, I really determined to do this. Me-Ster, is really going to show you that I can lose weight and get rid of my 'chubby' title. And me, definitely going to prove you that if others can, me also doubletriple(sebagai kata penegasan) CAN! *cewah*

Btw, Oh My God! I think TiaHakim was right! She talked about how our body is carrying water weight. So in order to lose it, we have to drink a lot of water. Been following her tips for 1 whole week. Of course, I was being skeptical at first too, but I thought like, there's no harm in trying so I did. I'm not into plain water actually, and it was really hard for me to finish a bottle of 200ML water at first. Because of that, I'm sticking to consume only 1500ML per day (actually Tia Hakim tips is to drink 3-4L of water per day lol)

Ok, what the heck is water retention btw? Well, it's actually a symptom of feeling bloated and puffy *according to me-leh* due to dehydration or too much sodium (means salt) in our diet. Have you ever feel like your tummy is bloating during period? Well, that is also called water retention.

So why drink a lot of water if our body already have excessive water? Yeah, even Berots asked me about this before (because he's being skeptical about my diet plan huh.) But according to wikihow.com, if our body is suffering from dehydration, it retains water as a survival mechanism. So drinking plenty of water actually allows our body to flush and cleanse fluids. *See my point here, dear?hehe*

 At the end of week, indeed I was actually lose 1kg! Well, it's not that much but as Kang Gary used to said,

"Hardwork will never betray you."

So yeah! This is a good start for me.

I want to travel so freaking bad!

You know what? My biggest dream this year is to travel! Where to? Yes of course to KOREA! Oh my God. It felt like this. Do you ever feel like doing something just because you saw it on TV,on ads? I watch Thai movie, 'Dear Galileo' and after seeing the girls having so much fun, me-also felt like following their footstep.

It goes the same after watching Julia Roberts in 'Eat, pray, love'. Despite the fact that I'm afraid to travel alone, I always wish that someday I, too, will have the chance to going on a solo trip. Lol.

So actually the main reason I want to go to Korea is because I want to meet Kang Gary (lame, huh?). I want to have the chance to meet Running Man's member and sitting in Kang Gary's restaurant. I wish to even once, get my footsteps stepping on Korea's land. I want I want I want!

This is silly. I'm getting so obsessed with Kang Gary. I felt suffocated if I didn't get to see him. Already finished watching all RM episodes but I still missing him! Still addicted to Kang Gary why oh why?  I remember I used to be like this once, yes, on my early days as a teen, I used to addicted to Ekin Cheng after I watched him in 'Young and Dangerous'. Same goes when I fall in love with Romuoldo and Tarabas in 'Cave of the Golden Rose'. 

Damn it. I shouldn't behave like this. Huh.

Hey there. I think I'm in a critical condition. This is so serious that I'm gonna die soon (palis2). I know that this isn't the first time I felt so wrong yet so pathetic to dream such thing. But I can help it. My heart just can't deny it. Got addicted and attracted to him day by day. WAIT. Did I just said HIM? :p

Ok, I'm going to admit this. Dear world, I'm going to shout this out loud, so everyone of you should know. Because this.... is a confession of a die hard fan. LOL.

I'm sure you guys know the MOST WANTED variety show, RUNNING MAN, aite? *Those who didn't, please punch your face twice, ok*

Well, I'm not talking about the entire RM, because what did make my whole body weak is one man, the man who stole my heart away. Who make my heartbeat rise every time he appears. The one who got my laugh and caught my whole attention.*cewah bahasa jiwa-jiwa pun keluar*

And yesss, he is the one and the only KANG GARY!!!! (damn it, I really fall for him!)

I first noticed him when he started to show his care for Song Ji Hyo (of course, his Monday Couple GF!) You see, I always act like this once I finish watched one drama in which I fall for the main actor. It is definitely because of their character. But that's just characters that they played for their role in the drama! But Gary is truly HIM. I mean, the Gary we saw in RM is the Gary as in a real life!

OH. MY. GOD. SS~TRESS!!

Gary is a cool guy that have a lot of sense of humor. He is just one typical guy with a regular face. You can't truly expect his response every time people ask him question, or every time he said something, it always come out FUNNY.

Oh ya, did I ever mention I'm a fan of Eminem? So yeah, Hip Hop is one of my favorite stuff. And the fact that Gary is a rapper adding more space for him in my heart!!!

So yeah, every now and then, you guys would hate me for posting a lot of entry about this guy. Well, what can I do? Every particle of my body is loving him. And although Korea and Malaysia are very far apart, he's always in my heart. Just like Gary used to said, love is - "It's feel like burden, but without it, you'll feel lonely"
