The Greatest Love & Emergency Couple - Cha Seung Won

It’s end of month again. Tomorrow is PH yay! Just finished two K-Drama which is The Greatest Love and Emergency Couple. At first, I didn’t think these two dramas will hook me up. But then, both these drama is JUST AWESOME!

The Greatest Love starred Cha Seung Won and my all time favorite, Gong Hyo Jin. I never like Cha Seung Won before because I think he’s too old and plastic LOL. The only reason I bought the CD was because of Gong Hyo Jin, plus, the CD store owner kept recommended it.

So the storyline revolve around famous but arrogant (as usual, bad boy type) named Dokko Jin and the not-so-popular actress, Ko Ae Jeong. They hate each other at first, but you know, later then fall for each other. Nothing special about the storyline or the character but I still love them both.

You will notice that Cha Seung Won’s is a bit over exaggerating, but I think it matched well with his character. Plus, if you’ve seen him in his other comedy film such as Ghost House, he was actually funny despite his tough and bad character in Athena.

Actually I didn’t fall hard for him in the drama, but one thing I do is his HOT BOD OMG!! He’s already in 40s though. And he’s married with 2 children! I mean I know actor will looks like one but I really like his body. He’s tall (full mark for that LOL), and he doesn’t have gigantic body but tough enough to impress me!

OK. I WANT SOMEBODY LIKE THAT.

As for Emergency Couple, I bought it because Kang Gary is doing a cameo and I want to see the scene so bad hahah lame. Unfortunately, to be honest, I think Kang Gary cannot act and he’s so bad at it that I think he should just focus on singing, rapping and RM lol.

The thing is, I never thought I will fall in love with this drama! Song Ji Hyo and Choi Jin hyuk’s chemistry is just so real and they look so compatible with each other! Kang Gary must be really hurt hahah.

Emergency Couple tell story about two people who get married in their 20s, and get divorce after a year. Oh Chang Min and Oh Jin Hee later pursue on being a doctor and met 6 years later in a hospital as an intern. I really LOVE LOVE LOVE this drama! Their storyline is so fresh and exciting. I also love how they included some of medic-related scene.

6 Rules to Follow to Lose 2kg in 1 Week

If you know me, like seen me face to face before this, you know the fact about my super curvy (thank God I still have shape even though I'm fat lol) body, aite? (And yeah, gf, if you read this, you are the only one who knew how much I weigh so I might just have to kill you if you tell anyone about it ok hehe)

Anyway, this is not another lame post about how stressed I am because of you-know-what. Furthermore, before this, I've post about one strict diet on how to lose 7kg in 7days right. I'm, myself, admitted that I'm not capable to follow the diet because one, I hate veges, and secondly, I'm not motivated enough to actually commit to such hell lol. Besides, it's not about how bad you want it, it's about how hard you're willing to work for it.

So ladies, I actually have confession to make. I manage to lose 2kg in one week! And most importantly, it's not because of magic pill, excessive exercise, or starving to death! I can swear to you it's merely in a natural way. Want to know the secret? Stay tune to my next post!

Rules 1
No sugar drink, no sweet treats, and big NO-NO to SUGAR! I found this easy peasy for me as I don't like sweet thing much. If I had too much sugar, I feel like vomit so yeah, I managed to follow this rule. Did you know, according to Mayo Clinic, one teaspoon of sugar contains 15 calories, and most consumer take up to 22 teaspoon per day which contribute to 330 calories per day! This is why it's very easy to gain weight only from sugar consumption.

Rules 2
Drink LOTS and LOTS of plain water. This is very important as our body need to stay hydrated so drink at least 8 glass of water everyday. I made sure I drink at least 1500ml water throughout the day.

Rules 3
Add green tea in your routine. I would drink at least 800ml green tea per day to boost my metabolism. As stated, green tea had a lot of benefits and one of it is to help increase and change our metabolism, so we burn more calories from fat. Limit your intake to 2 to 4 cups per day. Remember, don't add green tea to a boiling water ok. 160-170 degree will do. You can also opt for lemon water.

Rules 4
Stay away from iced drinks. Believe me, I've tried this. If you want to get rid of flabby belly, you should not drink iced water. Aim for warm water. Even after eating my lunch, I prefer warm chinese tea.(As for now lol)

Rules 5
As for my workout routine, every morning after waking up, I'll practice some yoga pose (OMG I really love yoga!) for 10min, 30reps squat, 30reps sit up and 30reps leg lifting, and plank for 30seconds lol. I woke up late so I should finish this in 30mins hehe. Other than that, don't forget to do some cardio. I will go for a jog / brisk walking for at least 45mins or 3km per day in the evening. After that I will do 30reps of skipping.

Rules 6
This is a very crucial part as you need to get yourself in a full discipline. Yeah, no fast food, no junk food and no meals after 9pm. (I've been fighting with myself over this matter as I love fast food too much,okay!)

And so the rest is up to yourself. For more motivation, please surround yourself with fitness related, fits people, and fits quotes! I know this won't be easy. I've struggled myself out and I don't know if I can repeat this every week but every possibility start with believe so start believing now to make every possibilities happen.

Last but not least, I maybe lose 2kg following these rules, but every each of us have different BMI, BMR, height, weight and age so if you haven't see any result, just maybe, this rules are not for you, okay! Then don't hate me afterward lol.

How To Lose 7kg in 7days!

And nope. I haven't done it yet LOL. Apparently, I read about this in one of my favorite magazine. The thing is, it is a VERYYY simple one OKAY. So how do you lose 7kg in a week? It's not magic, it doesn't require much, and exercise definitely does NOT involve. This is merely clean diet and detox.

Now, are you ready? So here it is:

DAY 1
For day 1, you need to eat ONLY fruits, and when I said fruit, it's certainly not involve fruit in can, or processed fruit (aka jeruk) ok. The fruits should be eaten without any artificial flavor, no amoi, no sugar, no etc. You can eat any fruit EXCEPT banana. Remember to drink A LOT of plain water.

DAY 2
Eat ONLY vegetable on the second day. You can eat any type of veges including potato. The trick is to BOIL them, not fry, or grill. As usual, drink 8 cups or more plain water throughout the day.

DAY 3
Combine fruits and veges intake on the 3rd day. Eat fruits for breakfast, and salad for lunch. For dinner, you can eat both but with a smaller portion. Avoid banana and potato in your meals.

DAY 4
As for day 4, you are advised to eat only banana and milk. You can either mix them for smoothies, or eat separately. Use only low fat milk.

DAY 5
After a week of hell (LOL), you can now eat a small bowl of rice for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, you can only eat it with boil tomatoes (ok, still in hell) and as for dinner, you should only eat veges and fruits. Don't forget to drink up to 15 cups of plain water throughout the day.

DAY 6 
You still can eat small bowl of rice for breakfast but for lunch and dinner, you can only take veges and fruits. By this time, you'll surely feel like giving up, but stay motivated, OKAY!

DAY 7
Lastly, you can eat small bowl of rice, veges and fruits. You may also drink juices.

Note: REMEMBER, NO SUGAR intake for the whole week. And do consult with your doctor before starting this routine, OKAY!
